Cancellation and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your enrollment in a program under the terms mentioned below.

Eligibility for Cancellation

• You may request cancellation within 7 days of your enrollment or payment, provided course access has not been fully utilized or significant academic services have not yet been delivered (e.g., study material downloads, live sessions, assignments submitted).

Refund Conditions

• If your cancellation is approved within the eligible period, your refund will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.

• The refund will be made through the same payment method used during enrollment.

• Administrative or registration charges (if applicable)

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 7 days of enrollment, or once significant services have been rendered (e.g., course access, sessions attended, study kits dispatched, etc.).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Enrollment was made with full access to course materials or after attending key live/recorded sessions.

• Customized educational solutions or programs tailored to specific learners.

• Missed deadlines or lack of participation by the learner.

• Discounted or promotional offers where refund exclusions were clearly stated.

• If the refund request falls outside the eligible period.
